Conceived by owner Bobby Freeman, the restaurant is comprised of an intimate, 40 seat dining room, an upscale bar and a beautiful outdoor patio for dining and enjoying the view on Styron Square in Port Warwick. Offering lunch and dinner six days a week, “Light” provides casual upscale dining, featuring regional seasonal cuisine by Executive Chef Michael Toepper. This gives diners their choice of the freshest ingredients available in the marketplace, prepared in an American style.
Wine is a major focus of the restaurant is evident by the 1,200 bottle wine cellar that divides the interior of the space. The wine list is especially chosen to provide an interesting selection of eclectic wines that pare especially well with the offerings of the kitchen, at good value for their quality.

At lunch, a 3 course prix fix and a la carte menus offer a variety of seasonal fare. For dinner, guests can dine a la carte or order the chef's special 5 course tasting menu for the table. |
