Led by Executive Chef Michael Toepper, Light prepares seasonal American food from the freshest ingredients available from eastern Virginia and beyond.
The menu is complemented by a wine list personally chosen by owner Bobby Freeman and Chef Toepper to create a list of wines that complement the menu offerings while providing exceptional value for their quality. The restaurant also features a loose leaf tea listing of white, green, olong, black and herbal, also specially chosen by Michael and Bobby to pair with the foods of the kitchen and to enjoy on their own.
